Ukomadu Simon Echefulami:(BSC, ACIB, MBA, MSM) MD/CEO Mr.Simon Ukomadu is the Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company with significant experience in banking that spans for a period of over two decades. Mr Simon Ukomadu’s affluence experience had enabled him to make a major contribution in the Stanbic and IBTC Chartered Bank”s mergers acquisition. He has Award and Certification in his professional field. He has worked in various departments of two banks; United Bank For Africa (UBA) and Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. Including finance/budget, credit, foreign exchange, administration and operations processing centre at various capacities. He had served as a member of finance and investment Sub-committee - Charter institute of bankers of Nigeria , Lagos Branch. Before being appointed the Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Company. Mr Ukomadu Had been the Executive Director, Policy,Regulation and Business Strategy of Augustus Hall Limited. He holds a B.Sc honors degrees in Accounting from the University of Lagos and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Before joining the Banking industry, Mr Ukomadu has served as a staff of Hogg Robinson Nigeria Limited, a reputable Insurance company in Nigeria.
Iheonunekwu Okwudiri Samuel (Executive Director)
Starting off with an integrated Marketing Communications and grew through the processes spanning across various accounts experiences and training over the years. He has equipped himself with the necessary skills and insight on both international and local market and audience dynamics that necessary in developing Client’s marketing communication needs. He is experiences span through Blue-chip Companies across manufacturing, Telecommunications, Health, Drinks and Beverages, Government and Parastatal. Okwudiri has a B.Sc honor in Economics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Maters in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is a member of The Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria(APCON) as an alumni of Lagos Business School. Mr Iheonunekwu O.S is currently the Executive Director - Policy, Regulation and Corporate Strategy of the Company.

Ukomadu Ihuoma Peace(Mrs) Principal Officer. Peace has been in the business of cash mobilization, Investment and Management for over a decade. She has great skill and insight in identifying business opportunities. Peace has a B.Sc honour in Business Administration from the Lagos State University. She has been a successful entrepreneur, managing her own business for decades. Her transparency expertise and cash management skills has earned her a reputable admission into the membership of the company.
